a) to confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting and of any general meeting held since that meeting; and
b) to receive from the committee reports upon the transactions of the Club during the last preceding financial year; and
c) to elect new members for the Club, being Executive members and General members of the committee.
Any member wishing to have a matter/issue discussed at the AGM must submit it to the secretary in writing by Monday 17th November 2014, in order for it to appear on the agenda. Issues will also be taken from the floor in general business but will naturally not appear on the AGM agenda.
Members are reminded that all committee positions are declared vacant and nominations of candidates for election as officers of the Caroline Springs Football Club or as ordinary members of the committee in 2015 must be in writing, signed by a financial member and the consent of the candidate (which may be endorsed of the form of nomination)
Nomination forms can be obtained by request or email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by downloading it from the web site www.carolinespringsfc.com Nominations must be received no later than Wednesday 19th November 2014. If you are unable to attend our AGM but would like to nominate a candidate please complete the Proxy Form available on our website.
