Caroline Springs Football Club is pleased to announce Scott Korcyznski a its senior coach for season 2016.

The coaching selection panel, which comprised of Brian Lake, Dallas Normington and Marc Raak set out to find a coach that will provide the right environment for our young and exciting list to take the next step in their development.

Scott has significant experience in TAC Cup as part of the Western Jets, VFL as part of Werribee and was the pioneer of the Lakeview College AFL program, which many of our current junior and senior players have participated in. Scott has Bachelors Degree in Education, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Level II AFL Coaching Accreditation.

Marc Raak noted that "from the very first interview it was clear Scott had the structures and game plan that would fill our key selection criteria." After the second interview the coaching selection panel unanimously recommended Scott for the position of senior coach. The executive committee endorsed their recommendation after meeting him.

Marc went on to say "We wanted to find a coach that had experience in working with a young list. We want a brand of football that will make us exciting to watch and stand up during finals. Scott will build that brand of football and ensure it ripples down through to our extensive junior program."

CSFC is significantly invested in our local community. Scott demonstrated a desire to be a visible and part of the community at many levels. President Dean Ellis "was impressed with Scott's ambition to continue to build our brand as part of the Caroline Springs community."

Scott will be making contact with all listed footballers in coming days to start preparation for what will no doubt be an exciting 2016 season.
